Reggie showed up on the same day I had requested service. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my HVAC and was able to get it back up and running again. He’s also very reasonable with his rates and was transparent throughout the whole repair. I will definitely be calling him back.

Overall, Reggie was very prompt and able to come to my residence within an hours notice. Not only did he get my A/C working again, he voluntarily inspected the different unit components and brought a new homeowner up to speed in terms of A\C maintenance. I would recommend him anytime!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$55 service fee which includes diagnosis. Service fee will be waived if customer wants to proceed with repair. LIMITED TIME OFFERING FREE CONDENSER COIL CLEANING AFTER REPAIR IS COMPLETE.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone call assessing customers need to set appointment followed by face to face meeting. All parts are normally available; so speed of process is entirely up to customer.
