Sergio promptly called me this morning in response to my service request. I saw his name on Next Door with good reviews. He was very responsive with keeping me updated from the time we spoke on the phone to the time he finished the work. I felt he was trustworthy and I didn't feel he was out to over sale and over charge me. He was proficient in doing his work, explained the situation well and even gave input on other matters. I'm glad I took a chance on him!

I had a wired carbon monoxide detector that was built with the house in 1984. It was dying and was going off every 30 hours or so. My alarm company said they wouldn't be able to get out to look at it until a week after I contacted them. Residential Maintenance was the only vendor who replied to me. He was able to fit me in the next morning. He came in, identified the issue, and fixed it promptly and effectively. No more waking up at 3am to a chirping CO detector! Thank you.

Wow! I may get spoiled with this level of service. Sergio came out on a Sunday and replaced two outlets that had killed the electricity in my entire living room. Then he checked other outlets as a preventative measure to ensure overall safety, plus trouble shot issues with a new thermostat I had (totally unrelated to my original service call).
