- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do half off of minor repairs and I waive travel fee’s if a repair is needed for NEW customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically only charge for the repair on a new customer. I’ll waive the drive fee and diagnostic as well as give half off market price for minor repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my EPA LICENSE which certifies me to work with HVAC equipment.
