Everything was great. I have 2 small dogs that urinated all over the carpet in my master bedroom and it smelled HORRIBLE. JB came and cleaned it up - carpet is super white again but also, so far I don’t smell the urine either.

I cannot think them enough. I got a call from a tenant saying that they were supposed to move in today and the carpet have not been clean and their response at all over. I put a request on Thumbtack. He responded. and was there and within one hour, I really appreciate them, my tenant almost backed out, but they came through for me
