- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Almost ALL new customers will be receiving a discount on our behalf due to being a new client and choosing our services. Our pricing is subject to change based on walkthrough availability. Most clients prefer to have a quote the same day so a walkthrough may not happen. We will base our estimates off of the clients specific information such as square footage, number of rooms or levels, and extra duties such as oven cleaning/interior windows/fridges/blinds ect... Extra fees may apply if client is in need of extra services not mentioned in any quotes or proposals. **All new customers should refer to our 'Residential Terms of Service' link on our website for Residential cleaning services fees, details, and provisions**
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for new customers would be: -a phone call greeting from one of our reps, -a time to actually meet and look at the facility/home, (only if the size and price will exceed normal expectations,) -discussion of any concerns or advice for service, -a formal proposal would be emailed to the customer for their approval of services, -after completion of services, an invoice will be presented to the customer for payment using one of our many payment acceptance systems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified in the Commercial Cleaning Industry through one of our commercial sister networks since 2020. We are licensed, insured and vetted in the commercial and residential cleaning fields in the State of Georgia with several commercial contracts and residential clients. Our back office personnel and suites consist of college educated and driven customer service reps, CPA's, and Operations management with post educational training and experience.
