Introduction: Hi! My name is David Richards. I am an experienced computer technician and engineer, with more than 15 years of experience helping maintain, fix, and secure computer systems. I always enjoy meeting new people while working to resolve their computer issues. I also really enjoy teaching people about their technology, and helping them become better at it! I focus on quality and the customer experience, ensuring that you're extremely satisfied with the resulting work performed. I pride myself on always going above and beyond where I can for people, because building and maintaining those relationships are very important to me. I work on all major operating systems, such as Windows, Apple's OSX, and Linux. I am mobile, and able to travel to you to perform at-home, or at-office onsite support. In addition, I also provide virtual/remote support for those who would prefer that instead.
