I feel very lucky to have found Concrete T Construction LLC on Thumbtack. From the initial measurements to help me submit my HOA application, all the way through the driveway construction, the entire process was smooth and stress-free.

Caitlin & the team at Construction T were great from first contact. The clear communication and professionalism was greatly appreciated. They were thorough in discussing what the job would entail and how long it would take. They even took extra measures to save some bushes that we wanted to keep instead of mowing them down to make space for our concrete patio. The project ended up being more involved than I had originally hoped, including adding a retaining wall, but overall my family was very satisfied with the project. There were a couple of imperfections in the work that the team came back to fix promptly with no issues at all. Thank you again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For my pricing, I include for materials, (which typically are a fixed cost but I do search for the best quality materials at the lowest prices in order to lower the job cost for you) and also for labor to do the job with as much quality as possible for long lasting results. If you absolutely need a job done, I am open to competitive pricing based on other estimates from other providers. I am willing to apply discounts when applicable and absolutely necessary. I am even open to discussing payment plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either you reach out to me or I reach out to you when I view a job ad. I think that providing photos in the first few correspondences is the most time efficient way to provide an estimates and to see what you are needing, but I will travel to the job site to give an estimate in person if you would like or if it’s a bit too complex to describe through messages or phone calls.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience working in concrete for more than 10 years.
