Washer/Dryer room and hall way project. RPC was our savior!! Our original contractor did not finish our project and RPC came in, assessed the remaing project and gave us a fair quote. They completed the project ( sheet rock, painting, trim and flooring) and offered recommendations for our stairs (which we took) and fabricated two crawl space doors. Alex was so patient with me and listened. His team was wonderful to work with and they were always pleasant. We appreciated the quality of their work and their willingness to listen to us. We have the rest of the basement to do and we will definitely call Alex..why? Because he is honest, his team does quality work and he listens, and his pricing is good, these are qualities I admire and look for in a contractor.

They started work on basement finishing, for my son and handicapped daughter-in-law to live in, but then just stopped. Did good work, but many excuses 3 months later we are scrounging for money and friends to help finish. He won’t answer calls, texts, or emails. Your response is a lie! You never said any such thing! You kept telling me you would be back, that you had purchased the flooring needed and you were out of town on a family emergency...I have the texts. YOU put the cabinets in the original estimate and they are in the contract. I don't understand how you can do this to people who trusted you...you knew I was building this for my handicapped daughter-in-law and you talked me into giving you a second payment, instead of waiting until the end of work for the final payment. You took that money, left and never returned! Now we are left with an unfinished project and not enough money to pay someone else to finish it.
