- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick conversation to understand your project, goals, and budget. Then we schedule an on-site visit to evaluate the space, discuss options, and determine the scope of work. After the evaluation, we provide a clear estimate and create a project timeline. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep you updated throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering and a master’s degree in Materials Engineering, giving me a strong technical foundation in design, materials, problem-solving, and project planning. I also have 6+ years of hands-on residential construction and remodeling experience, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, framing, tile, finish work, and basement conversions.
