Chef Elijah is terrific! My colleagues gathered in Atlanta for a work team-building event, and wanted to do something different than dinner in a restaurant. Chef Elijah responded with a unique menu and creative ways to stretch our limited budget. He took initiative to coordinate with the hotel (since he was local and I was planning remotely) and everything turned out perfectly. He served small plates over the course of two hours, and the food was both interesting and delicious. Chef Elijah was flexible and adapted to the challenges associated with our venue...it was smaller than expected...and located in a basement...and he overcame everything. He set up a makeshift "kitchen" and served amazing food, despite the limited facilities. Thank you Chef Elijah!
