Lanette Cousineau. She was our fairy godmother for the day! She exceeded our expectations at every turn.
A few weeks before our wedding, she contacted me to get all of the vendor's contact information. From there, we were able to put together a timeline for the day and bounced different ideas back and forth. She made suggestions (based on her experience), but ultimately wanted us to have final say, which we went with what she suggested because she's the professional and we've never done this before. ;)
On the day of the wedding, she touched bases with us initially during setup. We had people available to help setup, so we connected her with those individuals and that was it until it was time for the First Look. She coordinated that like a boss. Could NOT have been executed more perfectly!
When it was time for people to be seated for the ceremony, we weren't finished with our formal couple-photos, so she figured out how to get people redirected away so we could finish without being seen early.
Immediately after the ceremony, she swept us into a room and gathered everyone else for family photos. It made the flow very efficient, seamless, and easy. We took the pics and headed up to our private dinner in the reception hall (where our plates were already prepared). When we finished, she hauled us into another room where we waited while our guests were seated in the reception hall. Once everyone was seated, she led us to the double doors for our Entry.
After that we really didn't see her much. She made sure she would pop up when we needed to move onto the next item on the agenda (i.e. first dance, father-daughter/mother-daughter dances, toasts, cake cutting, etc.), but otherwise, she stayed in the background until she needed us to do something. She did suggest a few in-the-moment changes because of how the flow of the evening was going, but we both thought they were great ideas and jumped on them!
Not once did we doubt her abilities nor question them. She was solid from beginning to end, without hesitation. The absolute best decision I could have ever made was to hire Lanette Cousineau with Bleu Soiree. We were also very thrilled that we decided to trust Lanette enough to leave everything in her hands. After all, that's what we paid her for. Best decision ever.

My husband and I adored Lanette from the moment we met her. Prior to the wedding she was very responsive and always pleasant. During the wedding rehearsal she was so organized and gave clear instructions. The day of the wedding she was a lifesaver! During the chaos that occurs on the wedding day, my maid of honor left some key things behind at the hotel room (cupcake stand, isle pedals, etc). By the time we figured out some of these things it was too late to go back to the hotel, but Lanette improvised and made it all happen. She is passionate about what she does and made put my mind at ease. I'd recommend her to every friend I know. There are many people out there to choose from, but I promise you she is the best. After watching some of the videos I saw she was even holding a baby of one of the bridesmaids, I mean she constantly went above and beyond all night. A true blessing to us!

Lanette was fantastic as the coordinator for my daughter's wedding!! She kept track of every detail and vendor, knew the timing of everything better than we did, and kept both my daughter and me calm and on track. Her organization of all details was incredible, and she had answers for all of our wedding planning questions.
From keeping our information organized and detailed, to following up afterwards, she covered every little thing. I'm certain that we wouldn't have been able to plan the wedding and keep our hair, too, had we not hired Lanette as our guide!!
She stayed on top of every detail for us and was even able to assist us in making decisions about certain areas of the ceremony and reception planning. This gal knows her job!! I wanted to adopt her as one of my own!!
This was our first wedding, but with three daughters, it won't be our last!! We want Lanette on speed-dial!!

Lanette was amazing. We hired her as the day-of-coordinator, but she took the extra steps to meet and talk through all of the elements ahead of time (very helpful given that the wedding planning learning curve is steep for most of us), picked up our supplies ahead of time to deliver to the venue, assembled an uncooperative arch, coordinated our vendors, made emergency beer runs, set up our centerpieces beautifully with very little guidance from me, and a dozen other things that we didn't even know we needed.
We had a super fun and stress free wedding because we knew Lanette had everything under control. She also did our flowers, which were beautiful at a super reasonable cost.

I used Lanette for Day-of-Coordination services for my wedding and would definitely recommend her! She went above and beyond to help me with lots of details the week of (e.g. help with decorations, escort card organization) and was easily accessible for any last-minute advice/questions. At the wedding, she was crucial in helping the day flow smoothly, troubleshooting, and picking up all of the things people had left behind at the church and the reception. Her value could not have been beat. She was a lot less than many planners quoted me and I can't imagine anyone doing a better job.
