I offer flat rates on my uncontested services. The rates depend on the particular circumstances and facts of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I consult with the potential client by phone or in person to assess the client's needs and how I can help. I advise clients of all available options and the upsides/downsides of those options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my JD from Mercer University and am admitted to practice in all Georgia Courts, including Superior Courts, the Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court.
