Introduction: Hi, I'm Kristen! I'm the owner of Lefty' Pet Care, named after my dog, Lefty! We are a small team of Pet Care Professionals, serving Atlanta, GA. I am a Certified Professional Pet Sitter, and our entire team is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. We aren't just in the pet business, we are in the peace of mind and customer care business. We’ve used a couple of times now to do house visits - with my senior dog and another occasion with multiple dogs while we were out of town. Sent detailed reports with pictures daily that gave me peace of mind. Our dog really liked her too. Will continue to use lefty’s.

Kristin was awesome with my dog - he gets so excited every time she comes over! She does a great job giving us pointers to correct his bad habits, and at the end of every she sends a cute picture and feedback about how he did. Would definitely recommend!!

These guys are the best! When our dog was having a medical issue she's stayed with her until we could get home from work and take her to get checked out (luckily it wasn't serious). They check in during the walk and I love the action pics of Scout and the play by play of her interactions along the way. The trust we have in these guys isn't like any other walkers we've had in the past. If your looking for the best you've found them. Thanks guys!

Kirby and I love, love, love Leftys! Kristen sends fantastic pictures of him (I need to figure out how she gets him to pose, because he wont for me) and detailed reports after each walk. She has also taken a very exuberant teenage puppy and greatly improved his leash manners. When I come home, Kirby is tired and happy. (Tired pupper = happy pupper AND happy dog mom.) I was at home once when she came to walk him, and he literally leaped for joy three feet in the air when he heard her car. They are super responsive, especially when I have emergencies at work and cant home. We are so lucky to have her and Beam!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on time spent with your pets, not the number of pets you have! We have NO extra pet fees, NO late booking or cancellation fees, and NO medication administration fees. We offer subscription rates at a discounted price, when you commit to a at least 3 walks/Week!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every new client will receive a free Meet and Greet with a couple of our Pet Care Specialists. We go over your pet's routine and care, instructions for service, and any questions you may have. You will be invited to activate your profile in our pet sitting software, giving you access to convenient online scheduling, payment, and appoinent tracking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every Pet Care Specialist at Lefty's is certified in Pet CPR and First Aid. We have received Pet Sitters International's COVID-19 Certification for Professional Pet Sitters and Dog Walkers, and Kristen is a Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS)
