Agreed upon a day and time to have service done, Dryer vent clean out and air filter change. Air filter was not changed, I paid in full and then needed to call the owner and the technician and dispatch every single day for seven days in order to have this last part of the job that I paid for completed. Work was good, way, way too much hassle
