I had a smaller safe which keypad lost power and physical key was lost. After trying to pick lock, it had to be cut open, which he asked first. I gave okay and 10m later it was open.
As soon as sent request through app they called first. They quoted 1-2 hours and were over in 30m. Pro was nice and quick, setting expectations along the way.
