- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Costs are discussed upfront, no hidden costs. Any additional work outside original scope of work will be in the form of an change order/addition and will have to have a signed document in order to proceed with changes/additions
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any work begins, customers will be required to sign a work/service contract that protects them and BTB
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BTB totals of 50 years of electrical experience in the electrical field. Non Redistricted Electrical Contractor, OSHA 30 certified, NFPA-70E (Lock out-Tag out)
