In and Out electrical service literally saved our property from potential future fire damage. The owner, Fred, identified many issues with the outlets in the home (an older house) that were deemed “safe” by an inspector during the due diligence phase of the home purchase! The e pricing was fair and the service professional and courteous. We will surely continue to reach out for any additional electrical service needs.

Fred was fantastic. Got here and did the work and was able to keep the existing and also add the new outlet which I wanted so instead of having just the 1 I was able to keep the existing. So pleased can’t recommend enough!

I recently had som electrical work done by In & Out Electric LLC and would highly recommend their electrician, Fred. In spite of some challenges, he was persistent and solved the issues. I will certainly call on him again.

Fred was requested after hours and planned to come and assist us with our issue as soon as he got through with his project that he was working on at the time. He came after 9:30pm, was very professional and thorough and rectified a potentially dangerous situation. Also the service was affordable. In and Out Electric most definitely will kept in our back pocket if we are ever in need of their services.
