Lance is excellent to work with as he can easily figure out the problem and solution with any electrical issues. He makes it a priority to resolve issues and invests time and work to make you feel like you're getting your money's worth. He is very quick to respond and accomodating. I live in an old complex and naturally come across minor annoyances. However, every time I've had a concern, Lance has addressed them. He actively listens to your concerns and explains information in an easy to understand format. I couldn't ask for more in an electrician.

I cannot say enough positive things about Lance. The reason I hired Lance was because he charged by the hour and I had a couple of things I wanted fixed. He worked quickly and effectively. Everything was repaired in a hour. Money well spent. Will be calling him with all my future electrical needs. (If only he did plumbing, painting and all other home repairs.)
