I woke up to a complete power loss in half of my house and was worried it would take days to get someone out. I called this team, and they actually showed up the same afternoon. The technician was incredibly thorough, eventually finding a burnt-out wire behind a main outlet that was a serious fire hazard. They replaced the wiring and double-checked the rest of the circuit to make sure everything was safe before leaving.
