Mike was the first company to respond to my request and was able to come out quickly. He and Tre came to our house and did an awesome job. They ran into a few problems from our older house but kept smiles on their faces and finished. They were here until at least 8:30 finishing the job. So appreciate their attitude and professionalism. I will definitely use Best AV Solutions again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, but we often deviate depending on the uniqueness and difficulty of the project. Typically TVs under 60 are approximately 110, and TVs larger approximately 140. Fireplaces are much more difficult and are all different so the pricing for them is a tad bit different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go through a questionnaire to find out exactly what the clients needs are. Confirm the price, schedule the most convenient time for work, then get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. Concentration in circuits and networking
