- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customer since that helps me craft images specific to their needs. I like to find out their favorite places to eat, photos that appealed to them, what they do for a living etc. Getting to know your client makes the work much more satisfying and it ensures they get exactly what they're looking for.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with magazines for special events, nightlife venues for marketing their location, clients that wanted headshots, maternity and child photography, bands wanting a new image for their website or album cover as well as live coverage. You name it, I love to shoot it.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Open and honest communication about goals, expectations and requirements is an absolute must. Understanding what you want is the first step in getting you what you need.
