I got in touch with Atlanta Chimney experts to see if someone could come inspect my fireplace. It hasn't been used since we moved into our house, and just wanted to be sure everything was safe. The person who came over was really kind, completed the inspection, and took some time to explain what he was doing and what he saw that showed that the fireplaces were in working order. I've never had gas fireplaces before, so the extra explanation was really helpful. I'd contact this company again.

After I was duped by another provider who told me my roof was too steep, I called on Atlanta Chimney to help address chimney rot, water damage and more. They had no issues assessing the situation and giving me options to repair it. They basically rebuilt the outside of the chimney and replaced my rain pan. They did it fast and while I was out of town. They're not cheap but as I learned, you get what you pay for and they got the job done well.

Started off rocky due to no communication from the tech or company when he was supposed to be here. I had to read out to them (unprofessional) to see if someone was still coming out. A reschedule was done and once the tech arrived he was very prompt and professional with the inspection and cleaning. He explained everything he did and what will need to be done down the road. Overall experience was excellent with Ace the technician.

Are pricing are very fair and cost effective generally 30-40% difference from our larger competitors
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule an Inspection/Cleaning. Once inspection has been completed we can then evaluate the integrity of you fireplace/chimney. If any repairs need to be made customer can move forward with repairs. Our repair protocols are half deposit to schedule repair date and remaining balance due day of repair. Inspection fee will be waived
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been in my trade for 12 yrs . CSIA certified trained Chimney Technician. I've worked with some of the most renowned Chimney companies in the United States as a top installer.
