I requested service Tuesday and they set up my appt for Wednesday. They me a 3 hr service window and advised I would get a call 1 hr before they arrived...and just like they said 1 hr before arriving Jacob called to let me know his ETA. He was punctual and professional. He inspected my chimney and cleaned it and advised what services I need. I would definitely recommend them.
