We got our chimney cleaned and a cover installed. The technician (sorry, forgot his name) was very professional, quickly did his job and gave good advice on fireplace usage. Highly recommend this company for their service and reasonable charges. Thank you

I hired them to put in a stainless steel liner, add a chimney cap, and handle a few repairs on my chimney. Clinton was very friendly and made the whole process easy, taking the time to explain each step

The other day I noticed water leaking down my chimney when it rained. Safe Chimney Inc came out and sealed the cracks. Took them a bit but now no leaks at all. Pretty happy with the price too, felt fair for the work done.
Chimney Sweep Pros's reply
Thank you for your review, Noah! We’re glad we could identify the issue and properly seal the cracks to stop the leaks. We truly appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear you found the pricing fair for the work completed.

We plan to follow through on their suggestions to prevent leaking around the chimney which could cause eventual ceiling damage. They also provided video of the problems they found during the inspection around the chimney on the roof
