We plan to follow through on their suggestions to prevent leaking around the chimney which could cause eventual ceiling damage. They also provided video of the problems they found during the inspection around the chimney on the roof

The buildup was concerning because the chimney hadn't been cleaned in years. The crew performed a fantastic job of removing debris and making sure there was enough airflow. I can now enjoy fires worry-free!
