Carter and Corille did a great job helping to diagnose a problem with a leak I had down the front of the fireplace. They spent almost an hour looking and taking the time to figure out exactly what the issue could be. At the end of it, they found it was a job that was most likely roofing related. Appreciate the high quality work, honesty, and professionalism. Both were kind and super respectful of my home. My previous experience with a chimney company was not good and left us with more questions than answers, and we didn’t feel like they were honest. Corille and Carter were the exact opposite- they answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to figure out the problem. I will hire both back if the roofing company finds a flashing issue or if we ever have problems with our fireplace again. Thank you!

We typically start by discussing the issue and scheduling an inspection. We’ll evaluate the chimney, explain what we find, provide photos when helpful, and give you a clear estimate for any recommended work. We’re happy to answer questions before you decide how you’d like to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a CSIA Certified Chimney Specialist (CSS) certification through the Chimney Safety Institute of America. This training covers chimney systems, inspection, maintenance, repair, safety standards, and industry best practices. Our certification can also be verified through CSIA’s professional directory.
