- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As many of our menus are set to a client's requirements we provide customized menus that are Prix Fixe or A la Carte pricing for buffet or plated seating preferences..
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a head count has been "guestimated" and tentative budget has been set, we like to work backward from the highest number a customer is willing and and comfortable with investing in their event excluding post contract adjustments and incidentals. We pride ourselves on being thorough and highly detailed oriented yet believe in saving the customer any added expense if we don't have to charge
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of ACF Certified Culinarians are graduates of The International Culinary School at the Art Institute of Atlanta, Johnson & Wales and Le Cordon Bleu - Atlanta. Collectively we have gained more than 50 years of knowledge and experience as industry professionals in prestigious catering, corporate and institutional food service communities throughout Atlanta like Emory University, Georgia Dome, Georgia World Congress Center, Marriott Hotels, Porsche Cars North America, Starwood Hotels, Tyler Perry Studios, Wolfgang Puck Catering at the Georgia Aquarium and many more.
