- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, the material selected, and the details involved in the installation. We work on projects of all sizes, from small areas under 10 square feet to full kitchens over 60 square feet. We believe in fair and honest pricing, and we always provide a free estimate before starting any work. If needed, we can also help you choose and purchase the right material for your project to fit your style and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss your project and understand what you are looking for. We can meet to take measurements and talk about material options such as granite, quartz, marble, laminate, tile, or stainless steel. If you need help selecting materials, we are happy to guide you. After final measurements and agreement on details, we schedule the installation and complete the work with care and attention to every detail. Our goal is to leave you fully satisfied with the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from hands on work in countertop installation and stone fabrication. Since starting Mateo’s Granite & Stone in 2020, we have focused on learning the best techniques for cutting, fitting, and installing a variety of materials. We stay committed to improving our skills and delivering high quality workmanship on every project.
