FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size, quantity, materials, and level of design work involved — we keep everything transparent, no hidden fees or surprise add-ons. You’ll always get a detailed quote before anything goes to print. We do offer bundle discounts for large or repeat orders (like when you print multiple items at once — business cards, flyers, and banners). For design-only projects, we charge flat rates depending on complexity. If you’re a local business, school, or event planner, ask about our preferred partner pricing — it’s our way of supporting the community.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discovery: We start by getting to know your project — what you need designed or printed, your goals, and your style. You can share ideas, inspiration, or even a rough sketch. Quote & Proof: Once we understand the scope, we’ll send you a clear quote and mock-up or proof for approval. Nothing moves forward until you love it. Design & Review: We bring your vision to life! You’ll get a chance to review and request adjustments before final approval. Print & Deliver: After you sign off, we handle the printing and make sure your order is delivered (or ready for pickup) on time and looking sharp. We keep communication open at every step, so you always know where your project stands — no guesswork, no stress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team comes from a mix of graphic design, visual arts, and print production backgrounds — so we understand both the creative and technical sides of bringing ideas to life. We’ve trained in Adobe Creative Suite, digital + large-format printing, color theory, and branding design, with years of hands-on experience working on everything from small business branding to large event graphics. That means when you work with Exostud.io, you’re getting more than just design — you’re getting people who actually know how design translates in print and how to make it look good in the real world.
