Despite clearly stating in my messages that I wanted a repair, a customer service rep called me and was confused that I did not want a gutter replacement. Clearly looking for large jobs and not reading messages.

Inquired about drip edge and was told you only work on leafguard gutters which I was fine with. However, your automatic dialer called me 7x after that and hung up when I answered. Taylor assured me my info was on no call list and it wouldn’t happen again. Then it happened again this AM. I called and spoke to Taylor explained the situation and in mid conversation was hung up on. Please do not call or contact me again.

I have had Leaf Guard gutters since 2008. I find them to work well and look great. When I needed the gutters cleaned put, I called and technicians were here within a day! I'm very pleased!

The sales man Ben Celestial came snd took note of the issue that water was coming in to the back porch and we needed that resolved. He sold us gutters for the entire house and we took a loan thru Green sky the workers were very professional came in and did some installation but no gutters around the porch. They say it was not included and left. I talked to manager Tyler and he promised to add gutters to porch as soon as they got shipment. I constantly called them to get updates. Finally they came back and installed only one side and said that’s all they got material for. manager said that’s all I get. Project was not completed. Water coming in thru sides after signing contract for $8900. Rip off!! Do not do business with them.
