- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are always related with my capability to work and they are fair enough, but to me the most important thing is not what I'm going to earn, but that the person I'm working for is happy and satisfied with the work I do for him/her. I really don't like giving my customers problems. All my customers are satisfied with my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being regularly sure what the new customer wants to do. Not doing anything without the customers authorization. Before started a job, I make sure to understand what the customer wants to do so that everything turns out in the best way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No education, but I did have some training and like I said before I obtained experience by working with professionals and with time I have obtained more experience and to this day I continue to obtain even more experience.
