- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on what kind of photos you are looking for, but here is a general breakdown that is subject to change based on the job... Weddings - Starting at $1200 & up - this base price point includes 6 hours of coverage on your special day, a full gallery of all the digital images from the day, and a free 1-hour engagement session prior to your wedding! More hours and second shooters can be added on, as any wedding package is customizable to fit your needs! Engagement Sessions/Proposals - $250 - this includes a 1-hour session and at least 40 digital images with printing/download rights. Senior Portraits/Portrait Sessions - $250 - this includes a 1-hour session and 40 digital images with printing/download rights. Professional Headshot - $150 - this includes a 15-minute headshot session and 10 digital images with printing/download rights.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First off, I like to establish a relationship with my clients, as that only makes things easier on both ends going forward. I try to call them on the phone if possible in order to get a feel for what types of photos they are looking for and to understand their needs better. Afterward, we will set up a date, time, and location, for their shoot. Then, all I require is a $50 session deposit to hold their place in my calendar, and lastly, we will capture some amazing photographs!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began taking photography classes in high school and instantly fell in love. After high school, I traveled the world for 9 months doing missionary work and took photos for multiple non profits in Asia, Africa, and Central America. now, I am currently a sophomore at The Savannah College of Art and Design in Atlanta and I am studying photojournalism.
