WELLCOACH CONNER Training and LifeStyle Solutions A Mind, Nutrition, Exercise and Lifestyle Enhancement Program Client - Trainer Guidelines Appointments and Scheduling: > All personal training and consulting services are set by appointment. > Members are advised to set appointments directly with Mike Conner rather than with front desk to avoid confusion. > Mike will wait l5 minutes for scheduled appointments, unless contacted by the client to reset the appointment time. > Mike will confirm your appointment by text, email, or phone the night before. > Clients are urged to use training packages within fitness guidelines to sustain the training effect. Cancellations Policy: As a courtesy to Mike, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required in order not to incur a broken appointment fee. Please take these appointments seriously and assure they are in your calendar Allowing Mike advanced notice of your cancellation allows her to effectively plan and schedule training session with others clients. All 48-hour cancellations are preferred by email.
