- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts may be discussed and determined at the time of in-person consultation. There may be additional fees for select services, such as laundry, oven cleaning, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we start with an over-the-phone consultation so that we can assess your needs and match them to the services that we provide. Then, we will schedule an appointment to preview the home and discuss pricing and other additional options. Lastly, we finalize cleaning agreements and set a date for your first cleaning!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The owner, Monique, has always had a passion for cleaning. She started cleaning family member's homes at a young age, and has since progressed to cleaning the homes of friends and other referred customers.
