I recently hired Crystal Care Handy, and the experience I had with this company was expeditionary from the beginning through the end. The professional atmosphere and professionalism stood out immediately. From the first encounter, they were very organized, respectful, and forced on delivering great service. The work they produced was impressive and took every task seriously and with care and precision, and the completed work was everything I could dream off. I also want to comment on how efficient they. They manage this project smoothly, managed their time wisely, made this whole process feel effortless, and was respectful when I had small changes.
If I were to offer a small change on how they run the company, it would be adding proactive communication during the longer stretches of the project. My project was completed on time and exactly as I wanted, but little updates here and there would have been nice to ease my mind.
Overall, I am extremely pleased and will be using this company in the future. I have even started telling my friends and family about how wonderful this company is and they should look into using them. I was really pleased with their combined skills, professionalism, detailed-oriented, and reliability which is super hard to find in a company.

I had a really positive experience working with this handyman company from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up afterward, and the finished result looked solid and well done, not rushed or patched together.
What I especially appreciated was how clearly the technician explained what needed to be done and walked me through the options before getting started. It felt collaborative rather than transactional, which is refreshing.
If I had one small suggestion, it would be to provide slightly more proactive updates before arrival, but that’s a minor thing and didn’t take away from the experience.
