Prompt response and generally sounded nice on the phone in person; however quality of work and speed at which cleaner worked was not good at all. There were several obvious areas he missed and areas where he cleaned but was not thorough.

I called this company because I hired somebody to clean the house I was renting and moving out of and that person did nothing. So when I called mk restoration explained what happened and he assured me that he would do the job with no problems… that didn’t happen. First off he subbed it out to someone else that wasn’t even his company. And now I’ve been waiting for my refund that he says he will send for 2 weeks now. I paid $390 plus tip for me to have to clean it myself after this company supposedly cleaned.
