- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the type of service needed cleaning, junk removal/property cleanouts, or both combined. For cleaning, pricing is based on the size of the home and the level of cleaning (standard vs. deep clean / move-out). For cleanouts/junk removal, pricing is based on the amount of items, labor (stairs/heavy lifting), and hauling/disposal needs. I provide fair, upfront quotes and can usually give a quick estimate with photos. Discounts may be available for repeat clients or bundled services (cleaning + cleanout). No hidden fees everything is confirmed before we begin.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple: 1. You message me with details of what you need (cleaning, junk removal/cleanout, or both) 2. You send photos or a quick walkthrough video (this helps me quote accurately) 3. I provide a clear quote + available times 4. We confirm your appointment and arrival window 5. I arrive on time with the right supplies/equipment 6. I complete the cleanout/hauling first (if needed), then finish with the cleaning so the space is left fresh and ready 7. We do a final walkthrough to make sure everything looks great before payment

I’m very detail-oriented and experienced in professional cleaning, organization, and property upkeep. I take pride in creating clean, safe, and presentable spaces and I work efficiently while still paying attention to detail. I also focus on safe lifting practices, proper cleaning methods, and professional customer service to make sure every job is done the right way.
