- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing also includes Covid disinfectant for the two high contact rooms, anything additional will be an extra charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For our new customers they automatically get 15% off their services, we send over a welcome packet that goes in details about our company, the services we offer and products we use. Due to Covid-19 we’re setting up zoom consultation to avoid in person contact and we’re also asking to setup a lockbox or safe place to store your keys so we can enter your home / office.
