Ryan was amazing. My husband and I were out of the country and my MIL was at our house with the kids. There is a leak coming from one of the bedroom ceilings. Ryan responded very quickly and came to our house to check properly in regards to our insulation being soaked and where it was coming from. He was so sweet and kept me at ease letting me know what the problem was and the next steps to fix the issue. Thank you again Ryan!
Did a consult over the phone, and didn’t have to even come out. Ryan helped walk me through a proposed solution, and I will definitely be hiring him for future insulation needs.

Ryan was excellent at working with our schedule to get a quote and provided great feedback on things we can do ourselves easily that saves us money. We had a burst pipe in crawlspace ruin some of our insulation and he suggested we get a dehumidifier first then call him after a couple of weeks and they can put in new insulation at affordable price we were happy with!

Ryan, Steve and Giang were great. Scheduling was quick and easy and they showed up at their scheduled times or else would udpate me on any changes in a timely manner. They even identified a weak spot in my ceiling and wound up folding the repair into the original estimate. I would definitely recommend Koala insulation and its professional team to anyone looking to replace or beef up their insulation.
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are rebates that are available through your local peer company - ask us if you qualify.
There are federal tax credits available to make your house more energy efficient. As a result of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) you can get a 30% federal tax credit up to $1,200.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Personalized on-site insulation evaluation. We want to understand what concerns or issues that you are experiencing.
2. YOU decide which insulation fits your needs & budget. We want to educate you so you are confident in your decision.
3. We schedule your service that aligns with your calendar/timeline.
4. Insulation service is completed!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We use our own employees to get the work done. We have high standards and we want to control the quality that we provide to our customers. Our entire team has to pass a background check prior to working for our company. The team is trained on the latest insulation methods and we have continuous education class throughout the year.
We've also completed courses by the American Chemistry Council (ACC)'s Center for the Polyurethanes Industry (CPI)'s Spray Polyurethane Foam Chemical Health and Safety Training
