- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Diodes LLC, pricing varies based on several factors, including ceiling height, fixture type, scope of work, and travel requirements. Service calls may be required for proper diagnosis and are credited toward the final invoice when hired. We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with understanding the customer’s needs and clearly explaining the best and safest solution for the project. We prioritize communication, transparency, and code-compliant work from start to finish to ensure a smooth experience and quality results.

• Degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical Major) • Former Assistant Lecturer – Caribbean Maritime University (2006–2009) • Electrical work aboard oil tankers (2009–2014) • Electrical contractor in Atlanta, GA (2014–present) • Over 20 years of hands-on electrical experience Diodes LLC was officially formed in 2019.
