FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide clear, upfront pricing before any work begins so there are no surprises later. In most cases we quote projects on-site so we can properly evaluate the work and give an accurate estimate. We also take the time to explain each line item in terms that are easy to understand so customers know exactly what they are paying for. If multiple electrical items need to be addressed at the same time, we can often offer a discount since we’re already on-site and don’t have to schedule a return visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out, we schedule a service appointment and send a booking confirmation so everything is clearly documented. On the day of the appointment, we send a message when the technician is on the way along with an estimated arrival time. After the work is completed, we notify the customer so we can walk through everything together, explain any new installations, and make sure they are comfortable using everything. Our goal is to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and ensure every customer is fully satisfied with the work before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical Contractors of Georgia operates under a Master Electrician license, which requires extensive field experience, testing, and ongoing continuing education. All of our work follows the NEC (National Electrical Code), the national safety standard that governs how electrical systems must be installed and maintained to ensure safety and reliability. Maintaining a Master Electrician license also requires ongoing education so we stay up to date with changes in electrical codes, safety practices, and new installation methods. In addition to technical training, we emphasize ethics, professionalism, and integrity within our team so every customer receives honest recommendations and quality workmanship.
