Cleaning and organizing of my basement. I was so overwhelmed and they came in and took over and before I new it the basement looked like a whole new place with load of more space. They were kind and fast working. I will use them again for other things .

Federico responded to my posting in March 2018, along with several others, whom I interviewed. Of all, I thought Federico (and wife Juanita) would be the most conscientious in painting my downstairs, and at a very competitive price. I let them start on a bonus room to test the quality of their work, before committing to the full downstairs. I was very pleased. Prior to Federico, I had another company paint the upstairs, but Federico did such a good job on downstairs that I asked him to do touch up on the other company's work. Although I only planned to have Federico paint downstairs, he was so good and so professional, that I continued giving him work throughout the house, plus some exterior work, as I was completely remodeling a 60-year old house, and touched up my former house that I will sell or rent. The house is now better than when new, and Federico and Juanita have substantially contributed to it. No only can Federico paint, he is an excellent carpenter, and seems to be able to fix about anything. Very gifted, very polite, and very high quality work. Federico has worked with me approximately 6 months, off and on, probably on site for 100 days. I have paid him with the intent of creating a win-win, because I want to be able to call upon him in the future. I give Federico the highest recommendation.
