We needed a small basement apartment repainted. The apartment was a furnished, 600 square foot space with masonry walls, ceiling and floors. Jake responded to our inquiry immediately, and came to the location to give us a bid within the day. He bid was extremely reasonable, and he gave us a detailed list of the paint and waterproofing and prep items for us to buy. Once we purchased the materials, Jake was onsite and working on our apartment the same day. He worked into the evening and the next morning on a Saturday and Sunday. The work he did was extremely well done and professional. Wonderful attention to detail and to cleanliness. He left the apartment in perfect and updated condition. We will definitely use Jake again for other jobs- painting or handyman work or remodeling. Thank you, Jake!
