- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is custom quoted. We have found that each customer needs something completely different than the next so we always listen to what the customer wants and then come up with a project proposal and estimate based on their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process usually goes like this. We get a lead and reach out to the customer or it might be the other way around. After that we schedule a consultation to see what exactly the needs are. After the meeting we compile a project proposal and estimate breaking down the project in detail and by costs. Afterwards the customer makes a decision if they will accept or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and researching new ideas. Very active on the internet with blogging and reading other people' blog in my field. Also I attend workshops and conventions. And make use of webinars and youtube. My education and training stems from time in college majoring in horticulture, interning at an urban farm, and being hired at one of the largest commercial landscape companies in the U.S.
