- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have a complicated pricing system, but we do offer flat fee billing! Our flat fee billing system gives our clients a clear understanding of how much their case will cost from start to finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step for our new clients is to schedule a consultation appointment. Our consultations usually last approximately 50 minutes. During the consultation, new clients will get an opportunity to discuss their concerns and ask questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Active Georgia attorneys are required to keep current on the law by attending a minimum of 12 hours of education each year. I consistently attend numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars each year and exceed the minimum number of hours required by the State Bar of Georgia.
