- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start our individual coaching agreements by laying the foundation of our simple methodology, based on the idea that we can't solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. We also create the specific and measurable outcomes you want to achieve during our agreement on our first call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been coaching individuals and companies for decades. The Eleven Coaching Team has worked with tens of thousands of people and trained hundreds of coaches. Mic, our founder, spent two years as Director of Training and Development for an international coaching company before founding Eleven. We have designed coaching retreats and seminars and reams of operations and management manuals.
