- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At DIODES LLC our pricing varies depending on a number of factors which includes but not limited to, *The height of the ceiling, *Type of fixture to be installed and also to be removed. *Traveling (And more, depending on the job). We do offer discounts (for qualified projects). We do accept various payment methods which includes, credit & debit cards, Zelle payments, cash app, Venmo and more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Not only with new customer but with all customers, it is important for us at Diodes LLC to express our knowledge to the customer about their project, by explaining the solution or the best way of getting the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A Degree in Industrial Engineering (Electrical Major). Training at Caribbean Maritime University (Assistant Lecturer ) 2006-2009. Worked on a Ship doing electrical in the engine room (oil tanker) 2009-2014. Migrate to Atlanta Georgia as a contractor in the electrical field 2014-2019. DIODES LLC formed in 2019. Overall, more than 15 years of experience in the electrical field.
