- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our chauffeur service is billed hourly. Your reserved time begins at the scheduled pickup time and runs continuously for the number of hours booked. For example, a 6-hour reservation beginning at 6:00 PM ends at 12:00 AM. Waiting time is included in your reserved hours. If additional time is needed beyond the original reservation, additional hourly charges may apply and are subject to availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by confirming your date, pickup time, location, destination, number of passengers, and how many hours you’ll need the vehicle. Once the details and availability are confirmed, we finalize your reservation. On the day of service, your chauffeur arrives for your scheduled pickup and remains available throughout your reserved time.
