Ben responded immediately to my message, said he would come take a look and did, advised we don’t need to change the locks, he tightened the lock plate on the door, suggested using WD40 and left. It’s not everyday someone will come and look at the problem you’re having without trying to make a buck so it’s nice to see they’re still helpful people in this day and time.
Should we decide to change the locks, Ben will absolutely be our first phone call.
