Job was to rekey 3 old deadbolt locks and add a simple lock to a bedroom door. Eugene was very prompt (once after remembering we had an appointment), and his work was very good and complete. The problem is when I solicited a quote from Thumbtack and decided that he would be the one I chose, I ASKED ALL AND MANY QUESTIONS TO COVER THE SERVICES NEEDED. I OVER ASKED QUESTIONS ... BECAUSE THAT'S WHAT I DO, I LIKE TO PLAN AND BE SURE! I was given a quote, but after the job was complete his price was MUCH higher than what he quoted. SATISFIED with the work ...HIGHLY HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with the price paid! His explanation was the locks were much older and not standard locks ... But once again that was one of the concerns I made known when requesting the quote. I will never use this company again! I COULD HAVE GONE WITH ONE OF THE OTHER COMPANIES! Really hate I didn't .
