Mr.Hall was very professional trustworthy and respectful towards me as a client. I never felt like any questions i had was a dumb question or i never felt like any question i ask was unanswered. He was very patient with me and very understanding and sensitive towards my needs. I reached out to Mr. Hall in regards of my credit which was really low at the time and my back was against the wall because i was looking for a new home. To be honest i was all over the place mentally. When i made the call (mind you im very nervous and embarrassed about my credit score) Mr. Hall was very gentle with me and just listen to me which mentally put me at ease. I never felt like I was getting on Mr. Hall nerves or uncomfortable with all my questions i had .
